Product Description:
20Cr alloy steel is a low-carbon chromium steel that offers a balanced combination of strength, toughness, and hardenability. It can be heat-treated through quenching or carburizing to achieve a hard, wear-resistant surface while maintaining a tough and ductile core. This makes it highly suitable for parts subjected to impact, torsion, or alternating loads in demanding mechanical environments.
The material has good machinability, high dimensional stability, and low deformation during heat treatment, making it suitable for precision machining applications. 20Cr alloy steel is commonly used in the manufacturing of gears, shafts, piston pins, and connecting rods across the automotive, agricultural, and industrial machinery sectors, where reliability and precision are essential.
By using processes such as carburizing, quenching, and tempering, the surface hardness can reach 58–62HRC, providing excellent resistance to wear, fatigue, and impact. The combination of a strong core and hard surface ensures long service life and stable performance even under continuous high-load and high-speed operating conditions, reducing maintenance and improving overall efficiency.

Mechanical Components: Quenched and tempered steels such as 40Cr, featuring impact resistance and heavy load resistance (e.g., gears, shafts).
